The app for people on GLP-1 medicines

Track your GLP-1 therapy, with awareness.

In a few taps you log injections, weight, symptoms and blood glucose. Jilpy organises them in the calendar, charts and statistics, so you can always see how your journey is going.

Free on iPhone and Android. Some features are included in Premium.

What Jilpy does

Jilpy tracks. You see the way.

You log your data and see clearly what happens over time, so you can go through your therapy with more awareness. Instead of walking in the dark, you shine a light on every step of your journey.

Before making any decision about your therapy, talk to your doctor.

Features

Everything you want to keep organised, in one place

You log in a few taps; Jilpy puts everything in order. Features with the Premium label are included in the subscription.

Injections

Every injection, in its place

You log each injection with the day, the body area and the position and, if you like, the discomfort you felt too; this way you can see your journey at any time, injection by injection.

Weight, measurements and body composition

See how your weight and measurements change

You log weight, body measurements and body composition. The weight chart also shows your logged injections, with a colour for each dose, and in the Compare view you put weight and measurements side by side.

Premium: Jilpy reads weight, fat mass and lean mass from Apple Health or Health Connect.

Symptoms

How you feel, day by day

In a few seconds you log symptoms, energy and appetite, on simple scales. You find them in the calendar, next to your other entries.

Blood glucose

Blood glucose, alongside everything else

Enter the value you read on your glucose meter and the time of day: you find it in the chart and in the calendar.

Premium: Choose from 9 times of day instead of 5, and Jilpy reads the blood glucose measurements that your sensor or glucose meter saves to Apple Health (on Android: Health Connect), every time you open the chart.

Medicines and supplements

Medicines and supplements too

As well as your GLP-1 therapy, you note down the other medicines and the supplements you take, and at what time of day: morning, afternoon or evening.

Without a subscription you log the supplements in the list, selected by Jilpy; with Premium you add your own medicines and supplements.

Calendar and statistics

Your journey, at a glance

In the calendar you find your entries, day by day: injections, weight, measurements and body composition, symptoms, blood glucose, supplements and menstrual cycle, with the scheduled injections based on the days you've set. In the statistics you see how your weight, measurements and blood glucose change over time.

Reminders to log

We remind you to log injections, weight, symptoms and blood glucose on the days and at the times you've set. You switch them on and off whenever you like, from Profile → Notifications.

Community

A journey to share

In the Jilpy community you compare notes with other people on GLP-1 medicines: there's a real-time chat, there are topic groups, for example on nutrition and exercise, and there's a section with articles and guides.

  • Real-time chat
  • Topic groups
  • Articles and guides

With Premium you can also post in anonymous mode: other users see a pseudonym instead of your name and photo.

  • Community messages are personal opinions and experiences, not medical advice. Decisions about your therapy are for your doctor.
  • Articles and guides are informative reading: they are not a substitute for your doctor.
  • The community is moderated by moderators, the Jilpy team and an automated system.

I find that this app succeeds in bringing together in a single solution several functions that I used to handle with separate apps. It's well made, intuitive and really easy to use. […] Everything that used to require several apps is now gathered in a single platform: simple, dynamic and accessible.
