Jilpy is provided "as is" for personal health monitoring purposes. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The user agrees to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Maintain the security of their account
Not use the app for illegal purposes
Not attempt to breach the app's security

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
All activities that occur under your account
Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Premium Plan

The Premium plan offers additional paid features.

Subscriptions renew automatically
You can cancel at any time
No refunds are provided for partial periods
Prices are subject to change with prior notice

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, titles, and interests in the app (including design, code, graphics) are owned by Jilpy and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jilpy is not responsible for:

Medical decisions made based on data from the app
Data loss due to technical issues
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Service interruptions

7. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Jilpy is a monitoring tool, NOT a medical device.

It does not diagnose medical conditions
It does not provide medical advice
It does not replace consultation with healthcare professionals
Always consult your doctor for health decisions

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

You violate these terms
Use of the app is illegal or harmful
Upon request from authorities

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Italian courts.
